Intro to Musical Theater for Vocalists
This class is a five week introduction to all things Musical Theatre! It will focus on the skills necessary to have a successful audition. Get tons of tips to make you your best! - Learn how to research your desired role and get to know your character!
- Become comfortable taking the stage and build your overall confidence!
- Work through your nerves and own the stage during an audition
- Basic 8 count dance sequences will be covered.
- Multiple vocal techniques like vowel shape, vibrato, and understanding the difference between a head voice, chest voice, and mix voice will be taught, and are necessary, to make you sound your best!
Walk confidently into your audition, prepared with all you’ll learn in our Intro to Musical Theatre class and leave a great impression on directors!
